The Moral Politician

I was reminded upon last evening that in order to truly trust God is not to challenge or question is motives and moves in your life.  While some blessings for other might come quickly, others move strategically and within the time of maturity and responsibility He feels we can handle.  Continue to trust and stay prayerful.  Every day we wake is another step in the direction to God and your goals. 

I completely understand why some have lost all faith in American Government and our political leaders.  Where there are campaign platforms of tax cuts which hasn’t materialized in decades, budget deficits that are continuously rising, or hundreds of polls that proves statistics for one side over another.  For those eligible Americans that choose not to exercise their right to vote, remember that progressive ideals have done a great deal of benefit this country.  It is unfortunate that that much of that progress has been battling ignorance, malice and a distortion of religion and others beliefs, however, every American does have the right to vote, can demand greater education, health care and professional opportunities.  Every move toward progress will not be readily handed over and definitely not an easy feat as our history has shown.  However, standing behind President Obama and Vice President Biden, or Governor Romney  and Congressman Ryan will allow for some form of progress.  

This one sure way to keep our country stagnate, is to do nothing and encourage others to do nothing.  Action is the only sure fire way to improve conditions.
